Product is improved from sketched model, then critical function and performance of product are tested
Product is improved again, this time through CAD, prototype drawing is drafted
Prototype drawing is tested in FEA method to find Max displacement and Max load. Different materials are tested in FEA analysis to find the best material for the prototype.
Prototype is built from 3D printer and some components are made from laser cutting machine
